Moscow Showcases Digital Solutions at GITEX Asia 2025 in Singapore
SINGAPORE, April 23 — A delegation from Moscow is taking part in the international high-tech and startup exhibition GITEX Asia 2025, held from April 23 to 25 in Singapore with the support of the Dubai World Trade Centre and government agencies of the Republic of Singapore.
As part of the event, the Moscow stand was officially opened, featuring a large-scale interactive exhibition. Visitors had the opportunity to explore key digital solutions already implemented in the Russian capital — spanning urban governance, transportation, healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability.
The opening ceremony was attended by Russian Ambassador to Singapore Nikolay Kudashev, Russian Trade Representative Mikhail Bondarenko, as well as representatives of the GITEX Global organizers.
“Over the past decade, Singapore has made remarkable progress in building a digital ecosystem for managing urban processes, which undoubtedly represents a major competitive advantage. It is no coincidence that this metropolis was chosen to host the debut Asian edition of the GITEX high-tech congress, which is held annually in Dubai and has firmly established itself as a global leader in terms of company representation and visitor numbers. As one of the global frontrunners in digitalization and the application of artificial intelligence across nearly all municipal domains, Moscow is showcasing in Singapore, for the first time, its most innovative solutions that not only enable efficient urban management but also shape the city’s long-term strategic vision,” noted the Minister of the Moscow Government at the opening of the exhibition.
Participation in GITEX Asia 2025 provides Moscow with an opportunity to present the Russian digitalization experience to a broad international audience, expand the presence of the capital’s technologies in the Asia-Pacific market, and establish new partnerships with international companies and development institutions.
