Moscow Showcases Cutting-Edge Technological Solutions at International Exhibition in China

Moscow made its debut at the 26th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF), held from November 14 to 16 in Shenzhen, China. The city presented its exhibition stand, organized by the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow. Eleven IT and high-tech companies from the capital, all offering products with strong export potential, took part in the city’s unified display.

The stand was also visited by Evgeny Sukhanov, Digital Attaché of the Russian Trade Mission in China. Over the three days of the exhibition, Moscow’s participants held more than 100 meetings with potential partners from China, Belarus, Iran, Moldova, Vietnam, and other countries. The total number of visitors to the joint Moscow stand exceeded 300,000.

As part of the business program, meetings were held with the Shenzhen city government, along with visits to leading IT and high-tech enterprises. A formal dinner was organized for the Moscow delegation and its partners to strengthen cooperation and foster new business relationships.

“Participation in such a large-scale and prestigious event in East Asia as CHTF allows us to address several key business objectives: assess export market needs, establish direct contact with potential partners, identify new clients for Moscow-based companies, strengthen business ties, outline future areas of cooperation, exchange experience with international colleagues, and monitor global trends. The strong interest in our companies once again confirms the high level of technological development in Moscow and our competitiveness on the international stage. We held a number of productive negotiations that will significantly contribute to deepening business cooperation between Moscow and China,” noted Evgeny Dridze.
The Moscow stand received awards from CHTF for excellence in both organization and content. Participating companies included 42, Aladdin, IBIK, Nanosemantics, Across Engineering, Nanosoft, SDN-Video, Fishman, Smart Engines, Thermoelectrica, and Embiot. The stand also featured a Moscow Gastronomic Café, where guests could enjoy barista-crafted beverages, sample Moscow’s signature raf coffee, and appreciate the high quality of locally roasted beans from the Russian capital.
