First India-Russia Investment Forum to Be Held in Moscow

The inaugural India-Russia Investment Forum, organized by the Embassy of India in the Russian Federation and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, will take place on April 27, 2024. The plenary session will feature notable speakers including Vinay Kumar, Ambassador of India to Russia; Sergey Cheremin, Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations and Chairman of the Business Council for Cooperation with India; Vladimir Ilyichev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia; and other distinguished officials.

The forum will host two key sessions: “Invest in India” and “Invest in Russia,” which will explore the prospects for economic cooperation between the two countries as well as investment opportunities in both markets. Presentations will be delivered by Invest India, the national investment promotion agency, and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. Additionally, the forum’s agenda includes an exchange of expertise between Indian and Russian business delegations.
