Moscow to Present Smart City Expertise at GITEX Asia Singapore 2025

Singapore / Moscow, April 2025 – Moscow will showcase its best urban practices in digitalization and sustainable development at the international exhibition GITEX Asia Singapore 2025.

Moscow’s stand will feature key technology companies and research-educational organizations from the capital, presenting advanced solutions in IT, urban management, video analytics, communications, and digital security. Among the participants is KeySystems, a developer of software solutions for government agencies; VisionLabs, specializing in facial recognition and smart city video analytics; and Fivegen, which has introduced an urban environment monitoring system based on video detectors. IVA Technologies will demonstrate innovative communication solutions, including secure video conferencing platforms for government and business. The manufacturing company Logos, recognized as a global leader in public transport simulator technologies, will present high-tech training systems. In the field of digital PR and reputation analysis, the agency Reputation House / Sidorin Lab, actively operating in Russia and abroad, will take part. The scientific segment will be represented by the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), one of the country’s leading engineering universities, implementing projects at the intersection of IT, aviation, and urban innovation infrastructure.

The delegation, headed by Moscow Government Minister Sergei Cheremin, will visit Singapore in April 2025. The program includes speeches at the Russia-Singapore Business Dialogue and GITEX business sessions. The primary goal is to strengthen technological partnerships, expand industrial cooperation, and present Moscow’s solutions in smart cities, artificial intelligence, and digital governance.

At the Business Dialogue, Sergei Cheremin will deliver a keynote speech titled “Smart and Sustainable Moscow,” introducing the international audience to the Russian capital’s latest achievements in digitalization, sustainable development, and AI-driven urban management. Special attention will be given to opportunities for technology exchange and joint project implementation with Singaporean and regional partners.

The Minister will also speak at the thematic session “Building the City of 2035,” where he will discuss Moscow’s urban infrastructure development before a specialized audience.

The 2025 Russia-Singapore Business Dialogue focuses on expanding industrial cooperation, digital trade transformation, urban development, and cultural exchange. Singapore remains one of Moscow’s priority partners in Asia, particularly in technology transfer and sustainable urban development.
