Business mission to Algiers
Within the official visit of the delegation of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow to the Algiers in March 2023, a business mission was organized. Russian business community visited the HAMICI SET waste disposal center, Zeralda, the Frantz Fanon Street video surveillance command and dispatch center and the Metro Traffic Control Center of Algiers. The participants also met with the President of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Tayeb Chababa, representatives of the Algerian business community and heads of the city’s executive authorities.
During the meeting Memorandum of Understanding between the Moscow Government and the Algerian Governorate was signed. The parties also decided to organize subsequent bilateral visits and business contacts.
