Business Forum “TIME: Russia – India. Mutual Efficiency” Held in Kazan

The key business event brought together over 50 speakers from government bodies and major companies of the two countries. On October 8–9, 2025, the business forum “TIME: Russia – India. Mutual Efficiency” took place in Kazan. The event marked a new stage in the development of partnership between Tatarstan and India.

The forum was supported by the Government of Tatarstan and the Indian Embassy in Russia. More than 50 distinguished guests took part in the event. The Russian side was represented by Sergey Cheremin, Minister of the Government of Moscow, and Taliya Minullina, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. The Indian delegation was led by Vinay Kumar, Ambassador of India to Russia.

The forum program included 12 thematic areas — from oil and gas chemistry and mechanical engineering to IT and pharmaceuticals. As noted by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, “the full multifaceted nature of Russian-Indian cooperation was reflected in the rich program of the forum.”

Panel discussions and roundtables were held simultaneously across five venues, focusing on industrial development, digital technologies, the agro-industrial complex, education, and science. Special attention was paid to investments, finance, and entering new markets. Agreements on joint projects were signed and new business initiatives were launched as part of the forum.
