Moscow Delegation Presents the Capital’s Fintech at Major International Festival in Singapore

SINGAPORE, November 15, 2025 — A Moscow delegation took part in the Singapore FinTech Festival, which was held from November 12 to 14. The event brought together thousands of experts, investors, and technology companies from around the world. The Russian capital was represented by officials from the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow and six promising fintech startups, which held negotiations with potential partners and presented their developments at a joint stand.

Throughout the three days of the festival, daily pitch sessions by each company and B2B meetings with potential international partners took place at the Moscow exhibition booth. On November 14, as part of the festival’s main business program, a presentation of Moscow titled “Moscow: It’s Tomorrowtech — Moscow as a Leading Innovation Hub in Financial Technology” was held. The delegation also conducted a series of offsite meetings with key players in Singapore’s innovation ecosystem. Talks were held with the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA), Enterprise Singapore (the government business development agency), and BLOCK71 Accelerator, one of the region’s leading technology hubs. Delegation members also visited the ACE innovation center and took part in networking events.

“The Singapore FinTech Festival is a global platform where the future of financial technology is being shaped. For Moscow, participating in it was an important step in strengthening the city’s status as a leading innovation hub. We see growing interest in Russian fintech solutions, especially in Southeast Asian markets. I am confident that the business contacts established will open up new opportunities for our companies to attract international clients,” said Evgeny Dridze, Deputy Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow.

At the exhibition, six companies — graduates of the Sber500 accelerator program — presented their solutions: SimpleEstate (crowd‑investing in commercial real estate, CEO Nikita Kornienko), SalesChain (white‑label platform for managing sales through agent networks, Managing Partner Ruslan Pinaev), Intelinvest (investment and personal finance management platform, founder Stanislav Samsonov), PUZZLE PropTech (end‑to‑end digital ecosystem for the construction of private homes, CEO Alexey Gorulyov), Find Insight (hyper‑personalization of banking services based on LLM, founder Yaroslav Shmulev), and SmartAn (AI solution for automating credit scoring for small and medium‑sized businesses, CEO Maria Mikhailenko).

The Singapore FinTech Festival is one of the most significant events in the industry, annually showcasing the latest global trends and opening up opportunities for international cooperation.
